Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. epicwin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the epicwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). epicwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your epicwin account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. epicwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which epicwin bears no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. epicwin targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three banking days for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to epicwin is a breach of these Terms. epicwin reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds subject to a chargeback, and pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.
epicwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. epicwin reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
epicwin takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, epicwin will make reasonable efforts to honor any bonus credits already awarded, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epicwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

epicwin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your epicwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
epicwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
epicwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request the closure of your epicwin account at any time by contacting the epicwin support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the epicwin platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

In the event of any dispute between you and epicwin, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
epicwin operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by epicwin may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
